First - To Kelantan Delights

The day before I went back to Kelantan, me and the gang went for a gastronomics trips at Kelantan Delight at KL Sentral.  This upmarket Kelantan specialities restaurant served food of native to Kelantan with additional menu of Thai influence (Kelantan and Thai is somewhat borderless - my grands are Thais).  What I like best here at KD is its Tom Yam Kelapa Muda. It has an authentic flavor of tom yam with seafood and young coconut slices, heavily sprinkle with coriander leaves, giving it a real thai taste.

Other favorite dish is Kerapu Sweet Sour - krispy from mouth-to-stomach with a balance taste of sweet and sour flavors.

Best dish of the day - Kerapu Sweet & Sour

Not to be missed is fully marinated Daging Bakar Air Asam, and Kerabu Mangga taste great too.  Other dish such as ayam tomato, kangkong goreng belacan and mixed vegies are on the average scale.

For the dessert we have pulut durian, lompat tikam and sago gula melaka.  We thought we want to share the dessert, but during ordering it seems that we have one each.  We ended full to the brim...

Free Cholestrol Dessert consist of Lompat Tikam, Pulut Durian and Sago Gula Melaka
The drinks is uniquely superb - which is guava juice with sour sop....a yummy washdown to the sinful afternoon...

Thanks to the paymaster of the day for the heavenly meal....
